Kito Corporation has recently built and shipped a customised 1.0t hoist and push trolley for a mining application.
The company’s flagship ER2 electric chain hoist has been customised to travel 130m in and out of a mine shaft. Chain Block 5 Ton
Speaking about the standard product, Kito Corporation says the ER2 is an “all-rounder and is suitable for the toughest conditions”, providing “high performance, durability and robustness”.
The ER2 is available in extensive load capacities, variants and options – for example, it is available with a frequency converter at two lifting speeds, and can carry from 125kg to 20,000kg.
It can also operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 40°C and in 85% humidity.
The company add that it is easy to maintain, with disassembly for servicing carried out quickly and without special tools.
